Rep. Abell passes first bill HB 1541 modifying membership of the Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee
Rep. Hunter Abell passes his first bill off the Washington State House floor. House Bill 1541 modifies the membership of the Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee to include a member from the state veterans’ homes, a federally recognized tribe, a current or former Washington National Guard member, and an individual with lived experiences such as facing barriers to housing, post-traumatic stress recovery, and substance abuse disorder.
